Our Local Story

Planning to run 9 drilling rigs in Colorado this year.

We produce the most natural gas in Colorado – enough to meet the energy needs of about 3 million homes per day. Our primary production is in the Piceance Basin where we have 221,000 net acres in Garfield and Rio Blanco counties. We operate more than 4,400 natural gas wells in this area – the first of which went online in 1986. We have two offices in Colorado – Denver and Parachute. These locations employ 440 people. In addition to the Piceance Basin, we also have wells in La Plata County.
