YESsoccer Regional Director YESsoccer, a US based national coaching services provider, is entering its fourth year and are proud to be growing. YESsoccer is looking for self-motivated soccer professionals to help soccer clubs, communities & organizations become part of our soccer family. These individuals will be responsible for starting, growing & developing a client base whilst serving those clients in accordance with our unique YESDNA. These positions are perfect for people who know how to work fast and smart. With a high level of initiative you know which details make all the difference, and which don’t. As self-starters, Regional Directors must know the difference between spending their time wisely and wasting time, you will look around you and find work, not wait to be told what to do. Regional Directors are expected to innovate, present, promote, develop, educate and manage. This role requires an individual to be educated to at least degree level, ideally within a sports or management related discipline, have a strong sales background and experience in soccer program development. Regional Directors for YESsoccer need to be sales beasts, marketing specialists, social media gurus, quality coaches, educators, listeners, problem solvers and passionate about developing every level of the organizations the serve on a day-to-day basis.
