What food shows off fresh herbs better than pesto? Gastroposter Michelle Rodriguez celebrated herbs with this homemade pesto, which also incorporates another spring-like ingredient: ramps, also known as wild leeks. “Finding these guys in the forest was easy,” Michelle says. “Cleaning them was a pain, but man was it worth it! Happy spring, y’all!” So how will you enjoy herbs this week?
