Your next mission: cauliflower vs. kale Kale and cauliflower may both belong to the species brassica oleracea, but they’re brawling this week here at Gastropost. Your mission is to choose Team Kale or Team Cauliflower and vote by sharing a dish that features one or the other. In the white corner we have cauliflower, the “it vegetable” of 2014. In the green corner, it’s kale, a longtime favourite of food lovers, including many Gastroposters. Will you hail kale or call it for cauliflower? We’ll tally your veggies and reveal a winner next week!
