Your Next Steps Alright. We made it. We are at the end of the course. Congratulations! You have now learned so much about outsourcing, and hopefully you can see how you can go forward and implement this into your business. Want to talk about a couple things before we finish up here. First of all, the best way to learn is by doing. Flat out. You're going to learn more about outsourcing by going out and doing a project than you are by going through this entire course. I've given you some general strategies, some things that have worked in my experience, some things that I've seen work for other people. But ultimately you're going to learn the most by actually going out and doing it. So make sure you take action on what you learned as quickly as you possibly can. Your business will not scale by itself and start by itself. You need to take action. You need to be the one that moves things forward. Another point I want to make is that it's never a lack of resources. It's always a lack of resourcefulness. You have amazing amounts of information by being in Lurn Nation. You have the power of Google at your disposal. You have the power of YouTube at your disposal. Make sure you use those resources and if you're ever stuck with something, you probably have the information needs to actually go out and get that information or more likely you need to actually go out and do something right. Take some kind of action. It's never about lack of resources. It's about a lack of resourcefulness. Keep that in mind. As you are implementing this, some action steps. Create a strategic plan for hiring a first freelancer. Take a look at the tasks that need to happen to keep your business going and to take it to the next level and ask yourself what should I be spending my time on. What's that 20 percent that I should be dedicating as much time and resources as I can. That's going to get 8 percent of the results for my company and then what's the 80 percent that I can have other people do or automate or something going with specific goals. No matter what kind of outcomes you want. Don't be a lazy outsourcer or, right, don't just like pay a freelancer to figure out my business for me. Have a plan. Have a vision. Have a system you're implementing and follow through. Every single day it take some kind of action. Do not be reactive, be proactive. Take consistent action that sets you up more than anything else for success in business and in outsourcing in particular. I’m going to leave you with this quote. It's a meaningful quote. It's an awesome quote. “You may delay but time will not. And lost time is never found again.” Look this is awesome. You're building a business, right. I mean how cool is that. So few people ever do build a business. You're one of the few. So please take action. Use what you've learned and implement it. I'm so excited to see the kinds of results you get. Thank you so much for watching. It's been a real pleasure. And until next time, I'll see you later.
