1. The Promotion 1.1. Duration of the Promotion From 1st November to 12th November 2011 inclusive (Promotion Period), amaysim customers who: order an amaysim SIM card and activate the SIM card before the 31st Dec 2011, online using the unique URL supplied to them, and orders an amaysim MOBILE BROADBAND 1G data pack, 2.5G data pack, or 4G data pack (Data Pack Orders) will be eligible to receive the Promotion Benefits described in clause 1.3 of these special conditions (if the customer chooses the prepaid option or the postpaid option) or in clause 1.4 of these special conditions (if the customer chooses and is approved for the postpaid option). 1.2.
Placement of an order
For the purposes of this promotion, placement of an order refers to the completion of the online order process by a customer using the amaysim website. All Data Pack Orders placed in accordance with clause 1.1 will be the subject of the Promotion Benefits described in clause 1.3 of these special conditions (if the customer chooses the pre-paid option or the postpaid option). 1.3 Promotion Benefits During the Promotion Period any customer who orders an amaysim SIM card online as a prepaid customer and who places his or her first order for a Data Pack will receive the first renewal of their data pack for free (such renewal being limited to another 30 days). Note: If you are using either the 1GB, 2.5GB or 4GB Data Pack, your Data Pack will be renewed automatically to the same Data Pack after 30 days as a standard setting. You may cancel automatic renewal, you can do so at any given point and your amaysim MOBILE BROADBAND will not be renewed after 30 days. For technical reasons you must cancel automatic renewal no less than 48 hours before the end of the validity period of your amaysim MOBILE BROADBAND package. 1.4
Terms and Conditions a) All other conditions of the amaysim Standard Form of Agreement and the Price Table apply to the Customer’s agreement with amaysim. b) Not to be used with any other offer.
