Duration of the Promotion
From 1st August to 30th September 2012 inclusive (Promotion Period), customers who order and or activate an amaysim SIM card and place their first order through the amaysim website using the KOGAN25 promotional code, will be eligible to receive the Promotion Benefits described in clause 1.3.1 of these special conditions (if the customer is using a retail recharge voucher as payment method) or in clause 1.3.2 of these special conditions (for payments by any other means). 1.2
Placement of an order
For the purposes of this promotion, placement of an order refers to the completion of the online order process by a customer using the amaysim website. All amaysim products and services included in the first order placed by a customer, including SIM packs, gold numbers, additional credit, MOBILE BROADBAND data packs, amaysim FLEXI and amaysim UNLIMITED plan will be the subject of the Promotion Benefits described in clause 1.3 of these special conditions. 1.3 Promotion Benefits 1.3.1 Retail Recharge Voucher as Payment During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase a retail recharge voucher (excluding $39.90 UNLIMITED voucher and $19.90 FLEXI voucher) at one of amaysim’s participating retailers and place their first order for or activate an Eligible Plan online for the first time and enter their Promotional Code will receive a credit of 25%, which will be applied to the customer’s account at the time of activation (25% Credit). 1.3.2 Payment by means other than Retail Recharge Voucher During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase an amaysim SIM card online and place their first order for or activate an Eligible Plan online for the first time and enter their Promotional Code will receive 25% off the total first order amount payable by the customer (25% off). 1.4
