Duration of the Promotion
From 21st December 2012 to 30th December 2012 inclusive (Promotion Period), customers who: purchase an amaysim SIM card through the amaysim website; and place their first order for an amaysim MOBILE BROADBAND 10GB data pack (Eligible Plan) online; and enter promotional code SAVE10MBB (Promotional Code) when purchasing an amaysim MOBILE BROADBAND 10GB data pack where prompted, will be eligible to receive the Promotion Benefits described in clause 1.3 of these special conditions. 1.2
Placement of an online SIM purchase
For the purposes of this promotion, the phrase ‘Online SIM Purchase’ refers to the completion of the online sale process by a customer using the amaysim website. Those activating a retail SIM card online are excluded from this offer. 1.3 Promotion Benefits a. During the Promotion Period, customers that place their first online SIM purchase for an Eligible Plan for the first time and enter their Promotional Code will receive 10% off the first order amount payable by the customer for the Eligible Plan (10% off). b. Any product renewals or upgrades within the Promotion Period are excluded from the Promotion Benefits. 1.4 Terms and Conditions a. All other conditions of the amaysim Standard Form of Agreement, Fair Go Policy and the Price Table apply to the Customer’s agreement with amaysim. b. Not to be used with any other offer.
