1. The Promotion 1.1. Duration of the Promotion From 7th November 2012 to 8th January 2013 inclusive (Promotion Period), amaysim customers who order and or activate an amaysim SIM card and place their first order for amaysim MOBILE BROADBAND will be eligible to receive the Promotion Benefits described in clause 1.3 of these special conditions 1.2.
Placement of an order
For the purposes of this promotion, placement of an order refers to the completion of the online order process directly by a customer using the amaysim website. 1.3 Promotion Benefits a) During the Promotion Period any customer who orders and or activates an amaysim SIM card and who places his or her first order for an amaysim product or service will receive a discount equal to 15% of the total first order amount payable. To claim the offer you must enter the valid promo code when completing the order. b) Orders of amaysim MOBILE BROADBAND included in the first order placed by a customer will be the subject of the Promotion Benefits described in clause 1.3(a) of these special conditions. 1.4. Terms and Conditions a) All other conditions of the amaysim Standard Form of Agreement and the Price Table apply to the Customer’s agreement with amaysim. b) Not to be used with any other offer. c) 10GB data pack excluded from the promotion. d) Offer is void if customer adds amaysim UNLIMITED or amaysim FLEXI to their first order. e) Retail vouchers are excluded
