1. The Promotion 1.1. Duration of the Promotion From 1st December to 5th January 2012 inclusive (Promotion Period), amaysim customers who: order an amaysim SIM card during the Promotional Period, and place an order for the amaysim UNLIMITED plan or an amaysim MOBILE BROADBAND 1G data pack, 2.5G data pack, or 4G data pack (each an Eligible Plan); and and who subsequently remain on that Eligible Plan for a continuous period of 60 days after the date of activation will be eligible to receive the Promotion Benefits described in clause 1.3 of these special conditions ( which applies if the customer chooses the prepaid option or the postpaid option). 1.2.
Placement of an order
For the purposes of this promotion, placement of an order refers to the completion of the order process by a customer using either the amaysim website or the amaysim call centre. 1.3
Promotion Benefits
1.3.1 Any customer who: (a) orders an amaysim SIM card and places his or her first order for an Eligible Plan during the Promotion Period; and (b) remains on that Eligible Plan for a continuous period of 60 days after the date on which the order for the Eligible Plan is activated (60 day period), will, subject to clause 1.3.2, receive the following 30 days of his or her Eligible Plan at no charge (such 30 day period being the period commencing at the conclusion of the 60 day period) (Promotion Benefits). 1.3.2 A customer who: (a) changes from an amaysim UNLIMITED plan to amaysim AS YOU GO during the 60 day period will no longer be eligible for the Promotion Benefits; (b) has purchased an amaysim Mobile Broadband plan and upgrades or downgrades the size of that plan during the 60 day period will be eligible to receive the Promotion Benefits for the plan which applies during the last 30 days of the 60 day period. - 3 of 4 -
