END OF TERM 2014-15 The end of the school year has come round so quickly after many months of hard work from the staff and children they have now reached the summer break. I am incredibly proud of the children at Balby Central we have some amazing children in school who are really good role models to others with great manners, working together, using learning super powers, achieving well and enjoying school life. I would also like to thank you as parents as your contribution to your child’s education is amazing to see. I have personally found this year to be both exhilarating and tiring, as a school we have achieved so much and there is still more to come in 2015-16 as we build on what have achieved this year. As our Year 6 leave us to start their secondary school journeys, we wish them all well and hope they will come and talk to us about their adventures and experiences at secondary school. We all know they will do so well. ….and finally a message to the children …. I am so proud to be the head teacher of Balby Central. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and for making our school such a fantastic place. Have a brilliant summer and remember to stay safe in the sunshine, whilst crossing roads and also when you are playing. We look forward to seeing you all in September. Mrs Cooke :-) School Survey … Wow! I am overwhelmed by this response from those surveyed on Tuesday morning and throughout the week in the entrance - 96% of you say that your child has had a successful year at Balby Central. Thank you so much! What a great way to finish the year. Week Ending 17.7.15
