Supply List: Book required: Start Quilting by Alex Anderson Sewing machine in good working order with a new needle and a ¼” foot. Sewing supplies: glass head pins, seam ripper, scissors for clipping threads, 80/12 Microtex sharp machine needles, neutral thread, rotary cutter, rulers including a 6 ½” x 6 ½” square. Fabric requirements: Quilt 52” x 64” Background – 1 ¾ yd. if using same background throughout quilt. If using multiple backgrounds ignore and follow the **’s. Class sample is made using multiple light backgrounds Log Cabin blocks (center blocks): ¼ yd. each of three darks, ¼ yd. of two lights** (if using different backgrounds), centers – 1/8 yd. Star blocks – ¼ yd. of two different medium to dark fabrics OR ½ yd. of one fabric, background – ¼ yd. of two lights** (if using different backgrounds). Nine Patch Blocks – 1/3 yd. of two different medium to dark fabrics, background – ¾ yd. light** (if using different backgrounds). Inner border and binding – ¾ yd., Outer border – 1 ¼ yds. Backing – 3 ½ yds.
Classes must be paid for at time of registration.
One week cancellation is required to refund or credit fees. No refunds for visiting teachers.

All brands of sewing machines are welcome in our classes (with the exception of Mastery classes).
As a courtesy to others, please mute cell phones while in class and exit the class to make/take a call.
Please be prepared for different temperatures - if you get chilly with A/C please bring a sweater.
Please label your equipment to avoid confusion and to let us get your left items to you.
No kids in adult classes - no adults in kid classes.
Our teachers make very effort to start on time - Please make every effort to be set up by class time.
