Bolts in the Bathtub Crazy Curves Anna Koelewyn Supply List: Teacher: Anna Koelewyn (cell#559-410-2053, home#661-268-0805) Required Book: Crazy Curves Continues by Elisa Wilson Before buying templates look through the book to see which quilt you are interested in making. This class is all about learning to make the curved blocks. The 7” is easier than the smaller 3 ½” but you can make a table runner with a charm pack and the smaller template. Required Templates: 7” Crazy Curves template and/or the 3 ½” Small Paths Template. Fabric requirements: Check the book and pick one of the quilts that use either the 7” or 3 ½” templates. Or bring your favorite fabrics and we will design as we go. Sewing Machine in good working order with a ¼” foot and a new needle (either an 80/12 microtex sharp or a 70/10 if you are working with batiks). Also bring 50 weight neutral cotton thread. Usual sewing supplies (pins, seam ripper, scissors for cutting thread) including a 28mm rotary cutter (a small one for cutting around templates), small cutting mat that you can turn while cutting the templates, your regular rotary cutter, a long 24# ruler and a square ruler (from a 7 ½” to a 12 ½”) and if you have a small iron and pressing mat bring them.
