COMOROS VISA INSTRUCTIONS Although Volunteers will receive visas upon arrival at the airport in Comoros, we request that you submit the visa application materials to us at the time of your passport application.
To apply for your visa:
Print the blank visa application form found in the Volunteer Portal. Please type your application using the information below and the attached sample form.
For all dates, use Day-Month-Year format (ex.: 07-Jan-1991)
Last name: Please print in ALL CAPS
Date of birth: Use Day-Month-Year format; include City, State, and Country of Birth.
Present nationality: USA (or U.S. citizen)
Nationality at birth: Fill in USA or other applicable country
Normal residence: Your home address or home of record
Marital status and Number of children: Please complete
Profession: Volontaire Corps de la Paix
Business address: BP 375, Moroni
Address in Comoros: Corps de la Paix, BP 375, Moroni
Father’s name and Mother’s name: Please fill in at least one family member
