Discussion regarding the long range plan requested by the City of Dandridge for future capital investment at the field. Darrin suggested that a field house between the activity center and end zone would provide a needed space for equipment storage & locker room.



Motion made by Darrin Breeden to inform the City of Dandridge that the Dandridge Broncos board would like to move forward with a new field house as our long range capital improvement plan. Seconded by Scott Schroeder Motion approved by majority vote.



Financial statement was presented to the board by Melinda Breeden. Current balance in checking is $24,722.21.

Motion made by Darrin Breeden to offer all three teams the chance to play in the annual Battle in Rocky Top tournament in Knoxville, with the board paying their entry fee of $300.00. Seconded by Chris Perry Motion approved by majority vote.



Super Grasscutter Head Coach Kevin Potts & Grasscutter Head Coach Anthony Gockenbach both informed the board that they did not wish to participate in Battle in Rocky Top tournament.



Discussion regarding the need for better record keeping due to new state laws requiring little league sports to retain records for up to 10 years. It was decided the board needed to acquire a file cabinet and possibly a laptop computer and computer desk to pass down to future boards.
