David is an Advisory Board Member for The W. Edwards Deming Institute® providing guidance on their education initiatives. As Founder and CEO of Langford International, Inc. David has devoted his research and work toward developing and applying quality methodology, brain research and concepts to improve student learning, school leadership and school performance for the past 23 years. Working directly with Dr. Deming, David developed a powerful understanding of how to put into action and inspire innovative and visionary learning in classrooms, schools, districts and universities around the world through his seminars, workshops and consulting. A former K-12 teacher and university professor, Langford has applied Dr. Deming’s principles in his own classrooms, with individual schools, in school districts and in universities, leading to better student outcomes and more engaged teachers. Langford was featured in the PBS film, “Quality...Or Else” and has appeared in other documentaries, including, “The Deming Library” which was produced in collaboration with Dr. Deming. David has also been a keynote speaker for many Education Conferences including those put on by The Deming Institute.
