HS not include parking, drives, Field House, and areas north of the new HS v. HS includes HVAC control system, 3rd science room, and batting cages P roject B udget o Current invoicing tracking spreadsheet maintained by TASB/SE o Updated for current August 2016 invoices received to date. P roject Schedule o 3/9/15 – Pre-construction conference completed. o 3/16/15 - Mobilization and Construction o Substantial Completion Dates - Move-In Summer-2016 (July per current plan) o Detailed schedule by Gallagher o Elementary School §Punch list inside has been completed except one room used for technology (will be inspected prior to school starting). §Exterior – preliminary punch list provided; need resolution of all and final inspection. o High School §Classrooms, Admin, Gym, and Main Corridor have been occupied. §Gym punch list generated. §Cafeteria, Stage, Kitchen, Band pending completion. Anticipated by 10/1. o Punch list items remain for ES or HS; work completed outside of school hours so contractors and students do not mix!
