Design Development / Construction Documents o High School and Elementary School Scope Included: i. Elementary campus will remain as-is. ii. HS will not include remodel of existing high school spaces for MS iii. High School does not include culinary arts finish out iv. HS not include parking, drives, Field House, and areas north of the new HS v. HS includes HVAC control system, 3rd science room, and batting cages Project Budget o Current invoicing tracking spreadsheet maintained by TASB/SE – updated for current June 2016 invoices received to date. Project Schedule o 3/9/15 – Pre-construction conference completed. o 3/16/15 - Mobilization and Construction o Substantial Completion Dates - Move-In Summer-2016 (July per current plan) o Detailed schedule by Gallagher -. Elementary School is on Schedule with completion of 8/1/16 (punch list provided by TASB/Sledge/BWA/ISD – GCS working on punch list); High School remains behind schedule but target date is 8/1/16. HS Contingency plan - parking lot on east side will be constructed first for staff and students then west parking lot for visitors. Construction: o Portable Building Lease – Mobile Modular: § Delivered 7/8/14. Monthly payment on-going

Notes from 06/20/16 Construction Meeting Follow: Attendees - Johnny, Clint, Jay, Mike, Stephen, Dennis 1. Elementary Punch List scheduled for 6/27/16 and 6/28/16. It will not be completion list but punch list. Need a lot of site work completed (grading, bike racks, handrails, plague, meter vault concrete cap, ribbon curb, AC Mezzanine leaking air, insulation in ceiling, roof needs to be complete with flashing scratches - ridge with screws heads missing - etc., interior need to be complete near gym, etc.) 2. High School flooring in classes 70% complete (need west wing, 2 labs completed) 3. High School Schedule provided and discussed (yellow bars represent updated completion of items); 2 months to complete all (except west parking lot) 4. High school punch list for admin and classes 7/18; rest will have punch list later in August 5. High school furniture delivery 7/22; need punch of door frame, doors, and floors before delivery 6. High School need mural 7/18; bleachers 7/25 7. PHI and Torres Concrete have not been paid for several months as reported; GCS will check payments 8. Waterline needs to be careful which Hydrant used to flush to not flood school road based on east parking lot 9. High School lockers in this week 10. High School Kitchen equipment 7/1 11. High School drama, kitchen, cafeteria, stage punch 7/25 12. Pay App ready to process now Notes from 06/27/16 Construction Meeting Follow: Punch list by TASB/Sledge/BWA at Elementary School on 6/27/16 (ISD staff on 6/28/16) Notes from 07/06/16 Site Visit Follow: Elementary School in the PM: • Painters were working on hallway leading to band room. • Concrete Crew working on stripping forms from sidewalk poured around the library and forming for the additional six inches along the ribbon curb poured on the edge of the back parking lot (item noted on punch list). High School: • Most of the trades were on site today. • Painters and the floor tiles were working in the classroom area. • Electricians were working in the cafeteria and locker rooms. • HVAC working in the band hall. • Wall tile was going up in the kitchen area. • Dirt crew was placing flex base. • Rigging was going up in the stage area. • Placing standing seam roof over library.
