Terms and conditions of Entries Entries close 6th November 16 or when classes are full. By making an entry online you are entering a contract with Helensville PC and all fees are immediately due. Not attending does not waive these fees; you will be required to pay fees in line with our refund policy.
*Riders under 18 must be entered by an adult / guardian when entering online with EE. Late entries or payment will incur a $10 late fee. Entry fee includes non-refundable online entry and admin fees of $5. Refunds – 80% of the entry fee less admin fee up to 5pm Saturday 12th Nov 2016. Refunds after this time must be accompanied by a vet/doctor certificate. Rules 1. Run under the NZES Rules for Eventing 2013 v5; including the NZPCA Annex (Annex 5). a. Please ensure you are familiar with these rules 2. Gloves are compulsory for Dressage 3. Back protectors for XC. 4. No Whips to be carried in the dressage. 5. Callers are permitted for class First Start & NZPCA 65 only. 6. Helmets must be approved & have blue or red tag attached for all phases, if required please bring hat when collecting back number for inspection before competition or risk elimination. 7. No Dogs to be brought onto the grounds. Failure to do so will result in elimination of associated rider. 8. Entries, the draw and finally live results are available to view on www.equestrianentries.co.nz 9. Bibs will be provided for, on the day and will be issued at the Gear Check station. Gear checks apply to all classes and levels for this show before each phase. 10. Grounds closed 2 weeks prior to the competition date. 11. Full Canteen will be open on the day offering hot & cold food, and drinks – Cash only 12. Bibs must be returned at the completion of your final phase. Failure to return these bibs on the day will result in a charge of $20 for replacement and late returns.
