This year our Harvest donations will be sent to the ‘Storehouse’ – a centre in Southend that supports the local community. The organisation distributes tea, coffee, breakfasts, lunches, food bags and clothes to the vulnerable and others experiencing a crisis such as homelessness, unemployment, benefit delay and other difficulties. They also signpost people to relevant services. We would be very grateful if you could help us to support this worthy cause by sending tinned and/or dried foodstuffs to school from Monday 5th October. The children will take part in a special assembly on Friday 16 th October with representatives from the ‘Storehouse’ and learn more about the work that takes place there. Your donations are very much appreciated and will definitely help someone through a difficult time. Thank you so much!
