amaysim Guide to Postpaid Whatever amaysim plan you’re on, you can choose to receive a bill after your monthly use (we call this ‘POSTPAID’) or pay upfront (we call this ‘PREPAID’). The same great rates apply no matter which option you choose.

What is the easiest way to pay? It’s best to pay using credit card or debit card – easy and no hassle. You can set this up when you activate your account online or do it anytime at My amaysim.

How does Postpaid work? The great thing about Postpaid is that you never run out of credit. Once your Postpaid account is approved (you may need to pass a credit check), we will email your invoice monthly after all charges are incurred. The billing period lasts for a calendar month. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card or direct debit from the bank account you nominated, we’ll deduct your monthly charges from the account within ten days. If you choose to pay by BPAY you’ll have ten days to transfer the amount due.

Other things to know How do I get my bill?

Why are there two charges on this bill?

Just give us your email address and we’ll email it to you every month. (One of our goals is to reduce our carbon footprint and paperless bills really help.) To check your itemised bill details anytime, log in to My amaysim. Paperless billing helps us save money and we pass the savings along to you.

amaysim UNLIMITED, amaysim FLEXI and amaysim MOBILE BROADBAND are charged every 30 days. For months that have more than 30 days, your plan may renew twice in a month. This will result in two charges appearing on your invoice just for that month.

Can I switch from Postpaid to Prepaid and vice versa? You have complete flexibility to switch between Postpaid and Prepaid anytime. Just follow the instructions at My amaysim. If you’re on Prepaid and want to swap to Postpaid, we will transfer any Prepaid credit as well.

How do I pay my bill? It’s best to pay using credit card or debit card – easy and no hassle. You can also pay by Direct Debit using your bank account or pay monthly via BPAY.

Why didn’t I receive a bill from you? If your bill is under $15.00, we won’t invoice you until your charges are above $15.00 or three months have passed, which ever comes first.
