Position requirements
One IT Department brings together multidisciplinary highlevel teams, composed of Digital IT, Project Management Office, Partnership & Commercial Management, Strategy and Architecture, Application Management, Service Management departments. The department is a regional Centre of Excellence to drive the delivery of IT projects for the Asia region.
Professional and technical skills
Your responsibilities Work with different IT functions on a rotational basis, assisting on delivery of projects and working with business customers to address issues with solutions. This will be performed under the guidance of an experienced mentor in each of the unit. Work with the IT leadership team and business stakeholders to understand their issues and recommend actions and follow-up to closure. Work on IT development work/projects as assigned. Present findings in concise, clear and appealing format and provide recommendations and improvements after analyses of data. Attend team meetings and steering committees where necessary to collate information and summarise into concise presentations. Handle Ad hoc IT responsibilities.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering or information assurance / cyber security is preferred Relevant work experience is preferred. Solid technical and analytical skills, coupled with sharp business acumen; Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders is preferred; Analytical skills / Ability to evolve in a complex and diverse technical environment; Motivated by an international and dynamic environment and willing to gain international work exposure after 12-month practical training at regional office
Interpersonal skills
Solid oral and written communication; Enthusiastic and excited by technology and data Passion and aptitude for technology; Able to work in a team and also autonomously; Customer oriented; Results focused; Able to prioritise and manage time; Adaptable and able to work cross-culturally; Confident with the ability to suggest recommendations for improvement; Proactive and innovative in thinking.
