1. Attendees: Ed Smith, Xavier Smith, Dan Pape, Paul Falinski, Wayne Wilson, Michael Gilmore, Dawn Gilmore, Matt Manis, Amy Sage, Belen Garcia, Tanisha Kendrick, Dale Dunn, Vickey Smith 2. Review minutes a. The minutes were reviewed and Felinski was corrected to Falinski. Adjourned was also corrected. It was moved by Belen Garcia and seconded by Paul Falinski to accept the minutes as corrected. 3. Fall Dates a. 4. Spring Session Report – Tabled until next meeting 5. Travel Teams – Tabled until next meeting 6. Summer Camps – a. Region is going with Challenger Camps. 7. Treasurer Report a. Budget was handed out. b. Region needs to enroll 280 players. Last year we enrolled 234. 8. Adult Soccer a. Region 350 is starting an AYSO Adult League. b. Region number is R350. We need a cool name. 9. Blue Sombrero/Social Media a. Ed will send out reminder to register for next year 10. New Business a. It was motioned by Michael Gilmore and seconded by Belen Garcia to appoint Tanisha Kendrick, Xavier Smith, and Dale Dunn as members at large for the AYSO Region 350 Board. 11. Adjournment a. It was moved by Amy Sage and seconded by Tanisha Smith to adjourn the meeting. b. Meeting was adjourned at 7:14 pm.
