BECKER BLAST MEETING MINUTES
Date: Sunday, December 6, 2015 Time: 5:30pm Location: Field House At 5:41pm the meeting was called to order by Lee Croal an seconded by Todd Eichoff. Those present were Dan Paulson, Jodi Eickhoff, Todd Eickhoff, Danny Enerson, Jason Koste, Tina Tamm, Lee Croal, Jason Baune and Phil Mitzel, Missy Eich. Those absent was Anne Koste, Barb Schendel, Jennifer Pauman I.

President Report: a. Feb 8th – registration opens. b. March 8th - tryouts c. Registration Fees: increase fee to $150 for 10U+ and $50 for 8U (all get jersey) d. Pitching clinic – 6 people signed up (315-415 on Dec 8/10/15) e. Put ad in the citizen for $40 f. Business Expo: i. Do we still do it or not – yes ii. Have a sign up sheet for prospective player information iii. Give away? Can koozies – Tamm will order iv. Cost is $35 Vice President Report: a. Will get 8U tournament date figured out – first weekend in June? Treasurer Report: Secretary Report: a. N/A Communication Report: a. Will meet with Juan to work on (figure out) website items. b. Season coming ad in the Community Ed. Book (mailer) Equipment Report: a. List of items needed and prices by January meeting Concession Report: a. Candy was brought to school b. Concessions permit paperwork has been received and will be sent in to state for dates needed. c. Are there more than 3 dates that we need to cover? Need 2nd permit?? Tournament Report: a. Do we make it a national qualifier? Majority says no b. Tournament online by February Advisor Report: a. Hitting/Pitching clinics – last week of January and in to February b. MLK JR. day clinic – for K-6th graders c. Help for open gym nights?? Volunteer Report: a. Table until January meeting … up volunteer fee to $200??
A motion was made by Jodi and seconded by Dan to adjourn the meeting at 6:44. Motion carried. The next meeting will be on January 10that 5:30pm at the Field House.
