Discussion and possible action to approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)and Intergovernmental Services Agreement (ISA) with Northwest New Mexico Council of Governments (NWNMCOG) to act as Fiscal Agent for the New Mexico Environment Department Grant Agreement 16A4071-STB (Bloomfield Effluent Reuse Project). – Jason Thomas
B. Discussion and possible action to Approve of Resolution 2017-02 to enter into a Grant Agreement with the State of New Mexico Environment Department, identified as 16-A4071-STB (Bloomfield Effluent Reuse Project), for $840,000, and Appointing the NWNMCOG to act as Fiscal Agent. –Jason Thomas
C. Discussion and possible action to Approve of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Intergovernmental Services Agreement (ISA) with Northwest New Mexico Council of Governments (NWNMCOG) to act as Fiscal Agent for the New Mexico Environment Department Grant Agreement 16A2289-STB (Bloomfield Alternate Water Supply Diversion Project). –Jason Thomas
