B. Discussion and possible action to Approve of Resolution 2017-02 to enter into a Grant Agreement with the State of New Mexico Environment Department, identified as 16-A4071-STB (Bloomfield Effluent Reuse Project), for $840,000, and Appointing the NWNMCOG to act as Fiscal Agent. –Jason Thomas
C. E. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2017-04 New Mexico Department of Transportation Title VI Plan. – Jason Thomas F. Discussion and possible action to approve the Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement with San Juan County for Detention Center per diem rates. –Eric Strahl
