Sun April 6th 10am at the clubhouse Jenn is able to get in online now she is in the process of cleanup and pick up where Rit left off profit + loss sheet needs to be sent to Little League as of 9/30 to Becky Bassett Lisa/Jenn/Rit will get together to sort out the quickbooks issue to be sure Jenn has the data from last season Jenn will need to have PnL report to present for next meeting We will no longer be taking Credit Cards at the concession stand due to monthly fees (Formal vote taken to remove Credit Card machine and phone from the concession stand) Currently have 177 registrations Distribution of equipment will be March 22nd We are looking at needing to buy catchers gloves for Silver City Chad has the Safety plan in his possession and will fax it in to the Little League Joe P is currently bartering with Hancocks Pharmacy for items needed for the First aid kits General discussion of how tryouts went- good turnout, a few additional registrations were taken Need a letter for a waiver for the (1) 7 year old who needs to be on Farm T/C Teams by the registration numbers: 2 Farm A 3 Farm B 3 Majors 6 T/C Majors Draft will be this week Tuesday, then Farm A then who filters down to Farm B Coaches for this season and directors for this season:

Further discussion regarding movie night to watch the Sandlot picture daybooked with Sportography for May 10th-(raindate May 17th) this has been added to the website Discussion regarding the lawns: Dan/Chad/Joe will mow the lawns, they will set the schedule among themselves. We will not be using an outside vendor or contractor for lawn mowing this year Mel will try and get a committee going for concessions
