50/70 Looking to maintain 4 teams for Silver City with possibility to make “Elite Travel Squad” No treasury report for today Looking to keep the kids together in this program while trying to grow the 50/70 Marketing meeting- we are going to do the school flyers (2x) this year Vistaprint for possible postcards We are combined with JB and Meriden Girls Softball for marketing this year Lawn signs are going to be used Larue is going to ask Kristi to do the school flyer and political signs (how much and how many) Chad has asked for all divisions to approve $500 to allocate to a joint accountmotion/voted/passed Lisa talked to Sean about online registration . Sean is going to set that up Lisa needs to be notified of the online registration as well as Jen for Dwolla account (we need to know pricing for the different divisions) John and Joe have been added to the board Melissa has volunteered to be plugged in as a Division director if needed and where needed Will be the third Saturday in April We should consider adding our Bi-laws, expectations and goals to the coaches pages. Chad will send to Melissa for posting and potential distribution Focus on registration Clinics and umpire meetings (district 5) We will give an ‘advance’ to the umpires to pay for their umpire school Tryouts John Mennone to talk to Cesar at Boys club Draft majors and minors by second week of march Jim is the director at Jack Barry Looking for a district director for EW (Jr division 13/14 and select 15 yr olds) Wednesday at Chad’s house Jim is going to talk to JB and Kristi on the signs with the hope of the advertising stuff getting ordered by next weekend By Wednesday we will have pricingMelissa will update registration forms There are two new forms (Volunteer form and a renewal volunteer form that we need to put up from the LL website) Download new forms for packet Look at how to do returning players online registration vs new players
