Financial statement was presented to and approved by the board by Melinda Breeden.



Motion made by John Thomas to increase our yearly donation to the rescue squad to $350.00 & make the donation. Seconded by Chris Perry Motion approved by majority vote.



Motion made by Darrin Breeden to renewal the website upgrade for 5 years. Cost not to exceed $400.00. Seconded by John Thomas Motion approved by majority vote.



Motion made by Chris Perry to recondition all 2014 Xenith Helmets. Cost not to exceed $2800.00. Seconded by John Thomas Motion approved by majority vote.

Discussion on Christmas Parade planning.



Motion made by Darrin Breeden to remove Darrin Breeden, Melinda Breeden and Scott Schroeder from First Peoples Bank checking account and replace with Lindi Thomas, Amy Henderson, Joel Henderson & Missy Wilkerson. Seconded by John Thomas Motion approved by majority vote.



Motion made by Darrin Breeden to accept new 2016 DYF Board. Seconded by Melinda Breeden Motion approved by majority vote.
