Motion made by Darrin Breeden to add / amend DYF By-laws (See updated By Laws). Seconded by Scott Schroeder Motion approved by majority vote.



Motion made by Darrin Breeden to get more shelving added to equipment room upstairs. Cost not to exceed $1,000.00. Seconded by Anthony Gockenbach Motion approved by majority vote.



Financial statement was presented to the board by Melinda Breeden. Current balance in checking is $24,322.03.

Motion made by Melinda Breeden to approve our annual donation to the Jefferson County Rescue Squad for $250.00. Seconded by Kelly Proffitt Motion approved by majority vote.



Motion made by Melinda Breeden to replace Laura Haston’s name on main DYF checking account to Missy Wilkerson. Seconded by Eddie Dilbeck Motion approved by majority vote.



Motion made by Darrin Breeden to renew our website upgrade at a cost of $99.95. Seconded by Chris Perry Motion approved by majority vote.



Motion made by Scott Schroeder to order up to $5,000.00 in new Xenith helmets in lieu of reconditioning our existing 7+ year old schutt helmets. Seconded by Eddie Dilbeck Motion approved by majority vote.



Motion made by Darrin Breeden to accept new 2015 DYF Board. Seconded by Patricia Wilkerson Motion approved by majority vote.
