YOUNG RIDER & OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS ALL LEVELS (Intro, L1, L2, L3 & Above) Young Riders (YR) to be 20 years of age & under as at 1 January 2016. Please add in “Comments” in Equestrian Entries if you are a Young Rider. Rosettes 1st – 4th will be awarded in each class for Open & Young Riders. Riders electing to ride as YR will only be eligible for the YR placings & Championships. To be eligible for Champion and Reserve riders must compete in all 3 days. Championship Points will be awarded on placings & number in class. e.g 16 entries in class - 1st = 16 points, 16th =1 point.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. Late entries MAY be accepted but will be put on a wait list and WILL incur a late fee of $8.00 per class entered. 2. No liability will be accepted in the event of any accident to horse, rider, spectator or property. 3. Limited to 3 horses per rider & 3 classes per horse. 4. Draw will be available on the Eastern Bay Dressage Website from the Wednesday prior to the competition. 5. Entries will only be accepted on receipt of full payment. No Exceptions. 6. All tests are in the Dressage NZ official tests book. 7. Cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page & txt message. 8. Approved safety helmets to be worn at all times when mounted. 9. There will be first aiders on site but no ambulance or vet. 10. Run under ESNZ rules. No Plaiting required, but jackets to be worn. 11. This is a non‐graded competition, BUT registered horse must compete in their relevant ESNZ grade or higher. 12. All enquiries to Tessa Calder [email protected] or Sally Isaac [email protected] 13. Refunds at OC discretion. If notified prior to closing date 80% refund. After closing date 50% refund accompanied by a vet, farrier or doctors certificate. 14. Mounted Prize giving will be at the conclusion of day 3 for Champion and Reserve of each Level including Young Rider. 15. Overnight camping & Yards are available if required, booked & paid for with your entry. 16. To be eligible for Champion and Reserve riders must compete in all 3 days. 17. TOC - Please indicate on entry what test you are riding. 18. The OC reserves the right to refuse any entry, or alter the schedule as necessary.

ENTRY FEES Please direct credit payment to: Eastern Bay Dressage Group 01-0349-0069051-00 Entry fee: $15.00 per test (include DNZ Levy) Ground Fees: $10.00 or $7.00 if you are a current EBD Member (All horses bought onto grounds must pay GF)

Day Yards: $5 /horse Over Night Yards: $10 /horse Camping: $10 /float or truck Manual Entries: $10 per horse (Entries not completed in Equestrian Entries) ESNZ rules state all riders competing must be a member of ESNZ, including non-graded classes. For this you need to register under a “Community Membership” which is free. Go to www.nzequestrian.org.nz and sign up.
