Ed Walsh Little League Board Meeting Minutes December 06, 2017 Prior to meeting- Presentations for photography: Jeff Hegret ($12 - $36); Craig- Art Rich ($10 - $45) + league gets 10% and free team plaques 7:20pm- Meeting called to order o In attendance: Tom Kenney, Mike Duffy, Bryan Viger, Mike Moylan, Richard Leavitt, Nelson Muniz, Ashley Rivera, Angela Moylan, Rod Pelletier, Dave Koscuk, Joe Pirrucio, Peter Bennett, Rob Kontoulis, Kristen Natlo 7:21pm- October Meetings provided by Secretary, Bryan Viger o Acceptance of meetings’ minutes 7:22pm- Treasure’s Report offered by Treasure, Mike Moylan o Acceptance of meetings’ minutes Discussion regarding chartering Silver City o Mike Duffy to have James present to address Board on Wednesday, 12/20/ 17 @ 7pm Discussion regarding 2018 bats o Assignment of bats: Majors- 30” & 31”; Minors- 29” & 30” Dave Liferier (Fiderio’s) may be able to construct the dugouts at a discount “Wish List” generated for funding by Cuno Foundation o Warning track o League floor o Conex box (shed) o Bats Another year of Big Al’s Coaches Clinic o League pays $175 for an unlimited amount of attendees March 24, 2018 for coaches meeting and safety briefing Fundraising update from Ashley Rivera o One sponsor thus far o Savers form going on the website o Chipotle- tentative date May 18, 2018 o Five Below- twice a year for one week (fundraiser) o K-cups- $12 for 24 cups

Ed Walsh Little League Board Meeting Minutes December 06, 2017 8:28pm- Motion made by Bryan Viger to have Kurt Lischeid for Equipment Manager o All active Board members in attendance approved 8:42pm- Motion made to update By-Laws with regards to roster size MAX o All teams will be 12 players maximum Discussion regarding changes in the Bylaws from previous month o Majors draft to be completed in the following order: 12-year-old players (must go up, unless deemed a safety risk), 11, 10 and then 9 year old players. No 9 or 10 year old shall be picked if there are still 11 year old players in the draft 9:32pm- Meeting Adjourned o Next meeting, January 3, 2018, 7pm, General Board Meeting
