The Role:
Responsibility for complete accounting function and production of monthly and yearly management accounts for four group companies Preparation of cash flow statements, annual budgets, reforecast reports and monitoring of actual income and expenditure against budgets Reconciliations of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts Calculation and posting of prepayments, accruals, deferred income Maintenance of the fixed asset register and calculation of depreciation Responsibility for the Sales Ledger Event and project accounting, cost manager reconciliations including revenue margin and cost control for each project Production of Audit packages and schedules, liaison with auditors and responsibility for supporting them in all aspects of their auditory requirements Intercompany reconciliation with UK and international group subsidiaries for consolidation purposes Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns Approval and release of payments using JP Morgan on-line banking Management and training of Finance Assistant Dealing with both internal and external Finance enquiries

To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time To be an ambassador for the business at all times.
