There was a vote for uniform lettering on FB and at the board meeting. The white letters won along with No Glitter. We raised $1300 from the Chipotle fund raiser. Brian Zaleski to work on moving any equipment from Kelly Lockhart’s barn to the blue building on Faircrest.

We need fill dirt. We could possibly get some from the Canton City Water Plant Sign up dates: 1/8, 1/ and 1/10. We are giving sign up gifts of bows. Savannah Spencer will lead a group to make them. Gabe Taylor is a 12u coach that offered to help We are working on organizing a Hit-a-Thon for a fund raiser this spring We can accept payment plans online for registration fees. We need to check prices for a Night at the Races fund raiser for the future Chad will check on borrowing a dunk tank from the Waco Fire Dept for the Hit-a-Thon Sponsors: $500 per field for a total of $2000 from Southway Fence (Pete Jr). He’s not responding to our calls to collect the sponsorship funds Team Sponsors will be $700 for the 2018 spring season
