Annual Fire Test - Report: The agent councilwith the report from G.E. Securityfollowingthe 2OO8 annual fire test. reviewand discussion, council approved the completion of the noteddeficiencies. It wasnotedthat 43 ownersdid not provideaccess for the annual fire test. After and discussion, councildecidedto organize a secondinspection for the a ed units. Prooernoticeswill be

delivered in duetime. Council would like to remind all owners that to their units is mandatory for the annual fire test for the safety of all The owners who cannot be at home during the scheduledtime are requestedto leave a key with a neighbour or with the resident caretaker. The owners will not allow accessduring this second and final inspection there will be held and negligent if a fire occurs and it will be determined that rhe fire in their suite that was not serviceas per the Fire Code requirements. The contractor will carry-outthe secondinspection a time and materialbasisat a rate of $ I 35 per hourplusapplicable taxes,two beingneeded.
