BylawEnforcement:The stratacouncilis committedto enforcethe stratacorporation bylaws. After reviewand discussion, councilrequested the agentto sendlettersto several parking, ownersrequesting them to complywith the stratacorporationbylawsregarding procedures exteriorappearance, movingin andout andsmokingon commonareas. Council would like to remind all owners that smoking on common areas and limited common areas(on the balconies)is not p€rmitted accordingto the strata corporation bylaw #16.3 which states: t6,t A resident or visitor mast not smoke on common property, lncluding limited property. commarn Council would also like to ask all residentsthat, ar a gesture of courtesy to their neighboursand a sign of caring for their property, to addressany unintentional damagesto common area they may produce, like cleaningthe wine spilled in the hallways/elevatoror pick up the poo of their dog from the common hallways. Dog owners are also requestedto pick-up after their dogs on the outside of the building too, especiallyon the lawn at the front entrance.

Landscaping Contractors-Quotes: The agent presentedcouncil with two quotesfor the landscaping contractfor 2OO8from ParaSpace Gardening.After Landscaping and Busybee reviewand discussion, councildecidedto requesta specialized consultant to producethe scopeof work/specifications for a landscaping maintenance contractwhich will be put to tenderto several landscapers. Discussions will continue at the nextmeeting.

Notification:The agent advisedcouncil about correspondence receivedfrom Gateway informingthat a resident of Devonshire Househit a lightpolebelonging to Mclure House. Councilnotedthat the abovementioned incidentis a privatematterbetweentwo owners andtookthe information underadvisement.
