MISCELLANEOUS: *a. Consideration of Request by the applicant Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., on behalf of the owner, Guardian Alarm of Florida, LLC, for approval of a Special Exception Use for a Planned Commercial Development pursuant to Section 23-96(d)(24) of the Town of Lantana Code of Ordinances for Family Dollar and Guardian Security for the property located at 1089 & 1999 Hypoluxo Road in the C1 Commercial zoning district. (Case #: SE12-0004) b. Consideration of awarding a contract to purchase and install Police Department servers. c. Consideration of CSA 2012-02 with Mathews Consulting, Inc., for engineering services necessary to prepare updates to the Town of Lantana Wastewater Capital Improvement Plan. d. Consideration of CSA 2012-03 with Mathews Consulting, Inc. to provide engineering services for the Design, Bidding, and Construction Administration for Rehabilitation of 1 MG North Ground Storage Tank. e.

WATER RESTRICTIONS – For properties less than 5 acres in size For odd numbered addresses (ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) lawn watering is permitted on Wednesdays AND Saturdays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. AND/OR 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. For even numbered addresses (ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8), no street address, or both even and odd addresses (multi-family units and homeowner associations) lawn watering is permitted on Thursdays AND Sundays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. AND/OR 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. “If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at subject meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.” (F.S. 286.0105)
