Charlie’s Reading Challenge o Students at Maconaquah Elementary will be participating in Charlie’s Reading Challenge sponsored by Ball State University and Charlie Cardinal. Each student will work with their teacher on a reading goal. This challenge begins now and lasts until September 25. Those students who meet their goal will receive a voucher redeemable for two tickets to a fall Ball State football game at Scheumann Stadium on October 21st! Have fun reading, learning, and earning those tickets! (Note: the game is a family even, Maconaquah will not be taking buses, so you will need your own transportation). th 5 Grade Cheerleading Coach and 5th Grade Girls Basketball Coach o Mac EL is searching for a 5th Grade Cheer Coach and a 5th Grade Girls Basketball Coach. If you are interested or know of someone that is interested please have them contact Mr. Jeremy Fewell at 765-689-9131 Ext. 3001. Homecoming Spirit Week o 9/11/2017 Cowboy/Cowgirl Day – Dress up in your favorite western style We will be accepting donations today for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. All money will be donated to the American Red Cross. o 9/12/2017 Movie Character Day Batman, Superman, Star Wars, ETC o 9/13/2017 Pajama Day from Home (E-Learning Day) o 9/14/2017 Throwback Thursday Dress from your favorite decade o 9/15/2017 Spirit Day Maconaquah Lady Braves Basketball Academy o Camp cost is $20 per participant o Grades K-8 o Every Tuesday in September from 5-6:30pm in the Mac EL Gym.
