All Entry Fees above include ESNZ, Ground and First Aid Levies. Please add a $10 Admin Fee to your TOTAL payment. Camping/Pens: Yards - $15 per horse for the event. Full ESNZ Equine Registration and Eventing Annual Start required for Classes 1 & 2 Casual ESNZ Equine Registration: (Class 3-7) $5/horse Discipline Flexi Start: (Class 3) $15 Timetable: Dressage, Show Jumping & Cross country for all classes on one day. Area Riders Rep: Marcella Bates 021 471 481 Prize Giving: All Classes can collect their prizes from the marquee 30 minutes after final result posted.

Special Conditions: a) For postal entries please put email address on entry form or SAE with entry for event timetable and start times information. b) Late payments – entries will also incur a late fee if money is not in the bank two working days after entries close. c) By making an entry riders are liable for all fees, even if they do not attend the event. If you subsequently scratch, the refund policy will apply. Please note, Admin and Late Entry fees are non-refundable. d) No dogs allowed on the property. Elimination of relevant rider if this is ignored. No vehicles allowed on XC course except officials. e) All riders must be FULL members of ESNZ (Free 1 Year Membership available for riders registering with ESNZ for the first time). f) Cross-country bibs to be worn in all classes. Back Protectors are compulsory for the Cross Country phase. g) Hot and cold refreshments available. Farrier will be on the grounds. h) For compliance with safety requirements all vehicles with horses must park in the parking paddock to the right of the main entrance of the Park. i) Article 610 ESNZ Eventing Rules – Disclaimer of Liability. Neither the Organiser of this Event nor ESNZ nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract, or in any other way whatsoever. j) The committee reserves the right to limit numbers, cancel or change a class or make any other change in terms of Article 611 ESNZ Eventing Rules. k) Scratchings and requests for refunds as per Article 646 Rules for Eventing. l) Changing Class after draw at Entry Secretaries discretion and cost of extra $10 Admin Fee. m) Competitors must comply with the requirements of Article 634 Medical Information and provide telephone number of accompanying person/next of kin for event Secretary, either by having entered it on your Equestrain Entries Profile or notifying the office when picking up Back Number. n) Horses and riders must have met the MER to enter class 1 to 3 see http://www.nzequestrian.org.nz/media/4740/eventingrules2014-v53.pdf Page 22. o) Prize money as per Article 619 ESNZ Eventing Rules. p) All local riders must provide a phone number or email for a named fence judge - this is a condition of entry. q) No float or truck parking outside designated paddock.

Eventing New Zealand Cross Country Style Prize – special award - to be judged at 1.05m level and below. Wellington Zilco Series- this is an event for the 2016/2017 Zilco Series. Points will be awarded for CNC80 and CNC95 classes. All classes will count towards national series for 2016/2017. Competitors can register for a series at www.equestrianentries.co.nz. A new rule introduced into the ESNZ General Regulations will see all riders competing in ESNZ disciplines having to wear approved safety helmets from August 2017. The accepted safety standards can be found on the ESNZ website. Approved safety helmets are able to be tagged throughout the 2016-17 season so all riders are ready to meet the new rules by 1 August 2017. Eventing Sport Manager Gillian Hayes will be available at our event to tag your compliant helmets. Anyone can bring helmets along to be checked and tagged.
