Homemade snack ideas: 

Yogurt parfait—vanilla yogurt & mixed fruit Rocky road—break graham cracker into bite-size pieces. Add low fat chocolate pudding along with a few mini marshmallows. Sandwich cut outs—make a sandwich on whole grain bread. Cut out your favorite shape using a big cookie cutter. WW Wrap filled with meat and cheese or peanut butter and banana and cut into pinwheels Fill waffle cone with cut-up fruit and top with low-fat vanilla yogurt Snack kabobs—put cubes of low-fat cheese and grapes on pretzel rods Fruit smoothie made with Greek yogurt and mixed fruit Peel banana and dip it in your yogurt, roll in crushed cereal and freeze Banana, blueberry, bran or carrot muffin with milk
