Important Dates:

It was great seeing all the students dress up as their favorite literary character. Thank you for encouraging your child to get excited about reading. Our class enjoys books immensely and I hope they will take advantage of the Book Fair at Barnes & Noble (details sent home) and the Read-A-Thon going on for the next two weeks. Do not forget to log that reading time! We are currently reading Alice in Wonderland and listening to the compositions of Beethoven. In Zoology we continue learning about reptiles and this week we begin experiments in Geography. In Geometry the “Love Story” using the Geometry sticks. We learned about parallel, divergent, and convergent lines. If you have taken any photos of our class, please send them to me at the above email address or to Maggie Carmona ([email protected]).
