Congratulations Congratulations to Josiah Johnson who was named Longview Journal’s East Texas Most Valuable Player in boy’s basketball. Your hard work this season has paid off! Also, congratulations to Kyleigh Moody who received the honor of Big Sandy 2017-2018 Yamboree Duchess! Luz Rosales is the March Student of the Month; congratulations on your teachers taking notice of your accomplishments and hard work! Kayla Scheer has received FFA member of the month for this March. We’re proud of all these students do to get Big Sandy on the map. Please recognize their honors and celebrate with them!

Academic Advisor Alerts Juniors & Seniors: The online registration deadline for the June 10 ACT is May 5. If you're eligible for an ACT fee waiver for this administration of the ACT, email Ms. Stubbs by April 28. Juniors & Seniors may take two college visit days each school year. Request approval at least a week before your visit by filling in this form. When you return from your campus visit, you'll need to turn in documentation from the campus you visit for your absence to be excused.
