Week of September 11-15, 2017 Announcements and Birthdays
All students are responsible for paying a $10 school fee and $5 science fee. Students who have not paid their fees can pay in the office during lunch. TheWolves Football Team will play Elm Grove School on Tuesday, September 12th at 5 pm. The game will be played at the old Parkway High School. Admission to the game is $5. On Tuesday, September 12th, football players can wear their football t-shirts with uniform bottoms.
The Boys’ Basketball Team will have practice on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 3:30—4:30.
A 2nd Baseball parent meeting will be held on September 14, 201,7 at 5:30 in the WJH gym. The meeting is mandatory for any parent and student who didn’t attend the 1st meeting. Students who don’t have a representative at the meeting will not be eligible to try out for the Baseball team.
The theme for the 2017-18 year book is “Sliding into the Wolf Pack and Rolling into the Future”. We are having a yearbook cover sheet design contest. All entries are due to Mr. Aulds by September 15th. The winner of the contest will receive a free yearbook. All other entries will be featured throughout the yearbook.
Webster Junior High is proud of our students and we want each one to be actively involved in their school community. To promote school wide participation of all students, the Homecoming committee has decided to host an informal Homecoming dinner/dance. The dance will start immediately after school on Friday, October 13th. The dance will be over at 6:30 pm. Students will wear blue jeans or uniform pants with spirit shirts, uniform shirts, or the approved Homecoming tshirt. Students will be able to preorder Homecoming T-shirts starting Tuesday, September 12th.
