Phonics: Pre-writing Students will develop awareness of noise and discriminate between noises. Students will also control body movements and connect these movements to marks on paper. Students will form a tripod grip and draw controlled vertical lines. Lastly, students will develop bodily and spatial awareness and recognize position words (e.g., over, under, around, etc.)
Math: Topic 1 (1 – 5) Counting 1, 2, and 3; Counting 1, 2, and 3 in Different Arrangements; Reading and Writing 1, 2, and 3; Counting 4 and 5; and Counting 4 and 5 in Different Arrangements.

weather with Hello parents and guardians! This newsletter will be sent home every week and will give you a sneak peek of what’s coming up! If you would like to have an Ident-i-kid card for your child, please fill out the form in their folder and return it to school as soon as possible. Any additional forms sent home last week need to be returned to school promptly. Make sure you pack a healthy snack for your child each day. If you would like to pack an additional drink for snack time, please do so. Remember! Soda and candy are not permitted in our building. Please make sure to label your child’s belongings (coats, backpacks, lunch boxes, etc.)! Teachers and staff are not responsible for lost items.
