Title? We can sometimes replace a relative clause with a participle phrase. Reduced relative clauses are very common in spoken English. If the sentence contains a BE verb we must remove the relative pronoun + the be verb EG:
The cups which are on the shelf… The cups on the shelf… The school needs teachers who are ready… The school needs teachers ready…
