FMHS ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES Meeting held 2/10/2016, 6pm, FMHS Athletic Conference Office Call to Order by President Christina Wilson, 6pm Members in attendance: Dwayne Hartsoe, Christina Wilson, Kim Elms, Tim Nissen, Lori Hillman, Karla Racer, Sharyn Lewis, Frank Ambrose Approve prior meeting minutes: Motion by: Kim Elms Second by: Dwayne Hartsoe Result: Approved Welcome/Introductions Treasurer’s Report – Kimberley Elms Summary Report: Winter Sports wrapping up/Spring Starting/All Balanced Accounts. Merchandise in the red – need to get sales. Players of Month (January) AJ Leitten - Wrestling Mia Lindsay – Girls Basketball Current Events Pasta Dinner (2/12 @ 5:30p – Commons) o Foot traffic concerns – no movement in back hall – must go outside around Aux gym o BETA club volunteers have been lined up

Drive-A-Thon – 5/7 during Heart of Champion 8a-Noon o FM Ford – pays $20 per drive – Lori making arrangements Hold in student/gym parking lot o Need flyers o Need Volunteers to handle the forms BETA? Strawberry Festival – 5/6 & 5/7 o Not doing breakfast o Hold parking booth (trolley stop) – Need plan!! o Need volunteers BETA? o Parking in main lot, Auditorium Lot & Riverview (?)

Boys Basketball will likely host home playoff game 2/17 – maybe additional games Several Wrestlers going to state
Open Floor/New Business Dancing with the Stars- 2/13/16. Booster donations were delivered Stadium Improvements-Phase 2 o Reduced Locker Room size – 1 story building

o Add Away press box o Track resurface but remain 6 lanes o Concession Remodel o Add Ticket booth o Expand bathrooms Committees: o Concession: Baseball & Softball getting stocked o Good luck ads-spring programs/Tim working on form for Spring Ads/programs/fall/winter program sales sold out/ordered more to be sold/even if pay for an ad still have to pay for the program to buy o Merchandise-Need to sell, sell, sell o Get on PeachJar – need form o Elections – Vote in April o Lori – as VP – will be heading up nominating committee o Let Lori & Christina know your intentions for next year o Scholarships – Need to get form revamped and sent out ASAP – due May 1st o Scoreboards o Baseball & Softball being refinished – should be done soon We have 3 baseball & 4 softball sponsor spots available 48” x 33” in size $500/yr – 3 yr commitment What will be in place of ad spots until sold? o Tennis – still in the works o Pink Out Prom Gowns Fundraiser- 3/19/16 11-2 @ FMHS.
