General Meeting Minutes 20 March 2017 / 7:00 PM / West Campus HS Library
Board Members Present Nick Caruso, Tiffany Schwall, Marci Bock, Scott Morton, Jen Lehst, Sandy Lidbury, Michelle Bowers, Jenny LaRose and Karen Smiesko
Board Members Absent Gary Kinshofer, Kevin Keyfauver, and Dan Helios

Proceedings ●
7:01pm meeting called to order by Vice President Nick Caruso.

Minutes from 2/27/17 meeting approved. Motion by Sandy L, seconded by Jen L.
●
Attendees that were present welcomed to speak.
Treasurers Report •
Payment to TCYFL needs Approval for 2017 Season ($1500.00) Motion by Jen L., seconded by Michelle Bowers
Old Business ●
8 sets of equipment still need to be returned.
●
All Coaches equipment bags have been returned.
●
2017 Online Registration: Regular 3/16-4/29 $300, Late 5/1-6/1 $350.
●
VP forming By-Law Committee. Look for emails.
●
Helmet Fitting: 4/8 from 10am-2pm or 4/29 from 8am-12pm at East Campus Gym. Mandatory yearly concussion screening for 10yr olds and up will be done at this time (FREE).
New Business ●
All coaches applications(on website) need to be submitted by April 29, 2017. Head coaches will be interviewed by Coaching Committee and BOD will vote after hearing committee recommendations.
●
Big 10 Head Coaches will be announced 2nd week of May.
●
First Coaches Meetings will be Wednesday, April 12th at 7pm East Campus Gym.
●
Current registration at 49 members
●
Starting FAQ page on Website. Email league Secretary any suggestions.
●
Motion to adjourn Scott Morton, seconded by Michelle Bowers. Passed at 7:16pm.
