MEC Quarterfinal Game Thursday, March 2……………………………………….…6 p.m. Charleston Civic Center………….Charleston, West Virginia The Matchup The #1 seeded Glenville State Lady Pioneers and the MEC regular season champion will take on the #8 seeded Golden Eagles of the University of Charleston as UC advanced to the Quarterfinals with a win on Wednesday over # 9 West Liberty. GSC took both games this season from the Golden th Eagles. GSC won the first meeting by 13 points 86-73 back on Jan. 16 . Paris McLeod the MEC Player of the Year had a great game in that meeting as she scored 39 points and had seven steals. The Lady Pioneers won the second th meeting at UC on Feb. 11 90-77. McLeod scored 18 points in that meeting.
