Suggested Preparation Instructions (In recommended order) 1.
Add chicken broth, cumin, and corn starch to a crock pot. Stir until all the corn starch is dissolved.
2. Drain both cans of beans. Add the beans and the salsa verde to the crock pot. Stir to mix. 3. Add chicken breasts to the crock pot, immersing them into the mixture. 4. Cook on high for 4 hours OR low for 6 hours. 5. Turn off crock pot, remove chicken breasts and place them on a plate. Using two forks shred chicken into small pieces. Add shredded chicken back into crock pot. Stir to mix. 6. Heat bread loaf according to package instructions.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS Top chili with fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, green onion, crumbled tortilla chips or diced avocado.
