Suggested Preparation Instructions (In recommended order) 1.

Cut red bell peppers in half, discard stems and seeds. Slice into ¼ inch strips and set aside.

2. Remove chicken from packaging and pat dry. Cut chicken into ¼ inch slices and season with salt and pepper. 3. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, add about a ½ tablespoon of cooking oil to cover the bottle of the skillet. Once oil is hot, add chicken slices evenly to pan. Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, to slightly brown the meat it until cooked through—about 10 minutes. 4. While chicken cooks, add honey, SunButter, and juice of the lime to a small bowl. •

For a medium spice level add half of the chili sauce to the bowl.



For a hot spice level add all of the chili sauce to the bowl.

Stir the ingredients together and set sauce mixture aside. 5. Once chicken is cooked through, remove from skillet and set aside. 6. Turn heat down to medium. Add red pepper strips to the skillet. Cook peppers, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes until peppers are slightly tender. 7. While peppers are cooking, prepare broccoli in the microwave according to package directions. 8. Add the sweet potato veggie spaghetti to skillet, stirring it into the red peppers. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes or until veggie spaghetti becomes slightly tender. 9. Add the chicken and sauce to the skillet and gently stir until the sauce coats all of the vegetables and chicken. Continue to cook for about 2-3 minutes or until sauce is heated. 10. Serve chicken and vegetable mixture with a sunflowers sprinkled on top, broccoli on the side.
