Time: 8 PM
Attendance: John Thompson, John Mack, JJ Begley, Alex Rogosheske, Dino Marino, Mike Kasel, Jen Harnisch, Dan Lallak Missing: Jerem L’Allier, Kevin Suoja Prior Meeting Minutes Approval - previous minutes approved and voted on. John Thompson motioned John Mack 2nd. Annual Election 4 Board members are not running for re-election, John Thompson, Jeremy L’Alier, Jen Harnisch and Dan Lallak. Two members are up for re-election, Alex Rogosheke and Dino Marino. New process for voting was used this year through survey monkey and had a great success from previous yrs. Last yr 62 votes were cast and this year 131 were submitted. Four new positions are needed to be filled and up for election were Connie Tanner, Nick Frattelone, Doug Bartholomew and Susan Decker. All voting completed and New president will be JJ Begley. Positions held in place are: VP John Mack, Sec. Kevin Suoja, Treasure Kim Schwieters, Sponsorship Cory Huberty, Level Dir. Mike Kasel. Level directors, D2 rep and Director of PCA will follow. Presidents Report Ramsey county have not yet announced any movement with rinks or updates. VP Report – Nothing to report Treasure Reports –nothing to report. Level Directors – Nothing to report Bantam Update - Nothing to report PeeWee Update – nothing to report Squirt Update – Nothing to report Mites Update - nothing to report Girls Update - Nothing to report Sponsorships – MYHA needs a new Golf Chair. Rink Update – Discussion for next meeting D2 Report – Nothing to report
PCA(Positive Coaching Alliance) thank you Jen for all your hard work and efforts New Business Talk about what is going to happen when we lose WBC. Board is discussing contracts with Ramsey County. Possible cost increase for Ice. Board is trying to find ways to not increase fees. St Croix is contracted through 2020 Meeting adjourned 8:40 PM Motioned by John Thompson Second by Kim Schwieters
